seven mile boots

the seven mile boots are a telepresent experience. while wearing them the user can travel through space (by normal means of walking) and hyperspace (through a sensor system an a computer built into the boots). the user is thus put in a schizonphrenic position. walking in virtual space happens by logic association and machinistic logic, while the natural walking follows different rules. the parallel experience radically alters the way we perceive both spacess.
